LBank AMA Recap with MINTME
On 22 June we held an AMA with the MINTME team, hosted on LBank official telegram channel. If you missed this telegram session, here’s another chance to get a full transcript of the AMA event.
Introduction:
first of all, hi everyone (Again), nice to be here and thank you for inviting me
My name is Artur Makowka, I’m founder and CEO of MintMe.com platform and founder of the MintMe Coin blockchain.
MintMe.com is a platform where everyone can create their own coin in a simple way, completely for free.
MintMe.com Coin is an egalitarian blockchain that can be mined via CPU thanks to a custom hashing algorithm and is a base for MintMe platform.

1. Tell us about your ecosystem. What besides the token is included in your ecosystem, and what are you working on now? Will there be any platform releases soon?
Guest:
We not only support our own blockchain, but we are also a token creation platform that allows social interaction between the community and also crowdfunding, on which both sides can earn. Creators and supporters can interact through content sharing, direct messages and surveys to help them shape the future of their token.
We are close to the release of version 2.0 please keep an eye out for new features and functionalities. 2.0 is going to be a huge event! We worked on it for a full year so it’s going to have plenty of interesting stuff.
We are also working on DeFi and this also will be announced soon
2. What are the most important and immediate goals for $MINTME in 2023? If you had a list of the top three key performance metrics, what would they be?
Guest:
In 2023, we are planning to focus on features such as: adding support for USD, implementing an NFT marketplace, futher DeFi features, token swaps and direct integration with MetaMask. We also noticed the demand for a mobile app version of our platform.
Three key performance metrics: the MINTME price itself, the number of Mintme.com users, and our trading volume, all of these are exponentially going up. And I must add — this is even though as we know, market sentiment is not good. We show that good projects can work against the trend and bearish markets.
3. Could you explain to us in simple terms what is the purpose of What is the strongest advantage that you think will make this team lead the market? How will you attract investors and build the trust and win the hearts of millions of people in your project?
Guest:
We want to help people accomplish their goals through crowdfunding. Our success so far has been exclusively achieved thanks to quality of service, and good will of our community. We will always be an avenue for creators, entrepreneurs, social figures and even for charity purposes.
Our intentions are always transparent and we will continue to show our progress from update to update.
We also raised 700k from our first angel investor @Bouillaka_CF. He initially invested 100k but after he saw how much we can do, he increased his commitment. Right now we are talking to more investors to raise even bigger amount.
We are also an international team, with people from all over the world with diverse backgrounds and points of view regarding world economy, technology, humanitarian causes and any issue that could be helped with crowdsourcing and crowdfunding, aided by blockchain.
4. so that the community can get to know your project better can you share MintMe social media or your website? does the platform also provide space for those with little understanding of crypto?

We try to make the platform as simple and intuitive as possible. We are constantly adding tooltips with explanations and descriptions, and plan to add tutorials and guides for people who are just getting their feet wet in the world of crypto.

5. What is $MINTME revenue model? In which ways do you generate revenue/profit?So many projects just like to speak about the “long term vision and mission” but what are your short terms objectives? What are you focusing right now?
Guest:
We get our revenue through small trading fees and premium functions. We want to keep the core of our platform free and allow anyone to create a token for themselves and crowdfund their own projects, ideas, or communities. Having a freemium revenue model has always been part of our vision.
What is very important and I want to emphasize it because it is not typical in crypto world — you can use our platform without ANY money. You can create your coin absolutely and completely for FREE.
We are very close to releasing version 2.0 and this will come with a completely new design for our platform on top of many new features to give tokens even more utility.
also, as we mentioned, DeFi is our focus too and you can expect to hear some announcements about it soon

Too many projects promise magic but never release any working product or prove any revenue, Within a short/long time of release. Is your project also like this? If not can u tell us, What makes your project different from other projects?
Guest:
That’s good question and compared to other projects — we started from releasing the product, not from marketing — so we did it other way around compared to almost everyone else. We actually had no budget for marketing until now even though product is already working. Something that is also not typical — we rise durning bear market. This cannot be explained my trend or empty marketing, but only thanks to real use of our service.
Also, to interact with our project, you don’t even need Metamask (although we will add it in future), so it is accessible to anyone (remember the website www.mintme.com)

We know that marketing is important to bring users to the project. What is the percentage that you are using for marketing and what are the strategies that you are using in social networks, to attract players to the project?
Guest :
It is very important and even though we so far didn’t invest anything in it, we are planning huge marketing campaign later this year. This will be our first serious attempt to show our product to the world. We first wait for version 2.0 which will use new graphics and will simply look much much better.
You can expect total revolution in our approach when it comes to marketing once we finish working on v2.0, from 0 to absolute total maximum speed :) Therefore do expect great things happening in second half of the year.

How do you plan to carry on this project especially with the bear season? Or do you believe that we are still in the bull run??
Guest:
We are ready for the crypto winter. True winners don’t drive their value on speculation alone. Warren Buffett (who doesn’t like crypto but is considered good old-school investor) said “only when the tide goes out do you discover who has been swimming naked”. Bear market has come and we are growing, that alone speaks a lot about us. We are not naked :)

Your Project has a plan to educate the community, thereby raising awareness, applying and helping more people understand you easily?
Guest:
yes, that’s our plan, this is why we work very hard to improve our interface, make it easy for newcomers so nothing is expected of them — no wallets, no special knowledge, just pure curiosity. So they can craate their token and/or start earning on others even without investing anything.
While we are here I would like to point your attention to our feature called airdrops. We support adding airdrop campaign (again, for free) for yoru token, but we also support picking airdrops for other projects running them

Do you allow suggestions and feedback from the community? Are we allowed in decision making, do you put community into consideration?
Guest:
yes, we have voting option and you can vote with MINTME coins, also each token you create on out platform gives ability to vote to all it’s holders. This feature — like all other — is free.
