Introduction:
Hello, everyone! My name is Hideki Fujii. I am a leader of the project called XRoad initiative.It is a great honor for me to explain the project in detail.
I have a strong background in technologies especially in the Fintech space (over 20 years).
I have managed several insurance companies as a senior executive at AIG, Prudential, MetLife and Zurich. I was also a senior partner at EY which is a global consulting firm and a CEO at Pactera consulting which I founded in 2015.
Based on the past experience, I found a smashing idea of starting this project which could change the world and make the world a better place when I met several great projects of the crypto asset industry.
There are many great projects in the crypto asset industry. One example is Defi, which began with the idea that it would be interesting to implement a DAO like Defi in society.
We named our company X (cross) Road to express our desire to be a road where various projects and stakeholders cross.
Our vision is to apply the many great projects in the crypto asset industry to the real world. We aim to be the crossroad between the crypto asset industry and the existing industry. We aim to provide a mechanism to collect real-world information and feed it back to the real world, called Oracle, and to provide society with an extension of the already existing DAO concept, such as Defi, through Oracle-based scoring.
In a nutshell, it is a model that constructs a metaverse (assuming multiple metaverse can be constructed) and provides various financial services (so-called DAO or Defi) based on the value of the metaverse. I will explain more later on.
Question1:
I read the Xroad Locker feature in your project, how does it work?
Guest:
We are conducting several POCs with Jasmy project which is also project from Japan. The Data Locker is important for achieving Digital tiwn Oracle vision. We will continuously study the best business models and technologies.

2. I am interested in NFT technology, in your project you can see what is called SAKURA NFT, is it one of the characters in the Naruto cartoon, or a flower typical of Japan, can you explain what SAKURA NFT is?
Guest:
Sakura NFT is our CEX type market, where we’d Iike to provide review and authorized contents from Japan. In addition to Japanese contents such as cartoons , we are going to provide contents related to our original metaverse project of MetaXmarZ.
We are going to use OpenSea market as well please check there as well From Japan to the world.
We named our company SAKURA JAPAN to share beauty of Japanese creations from Japan to the world. As language of flowers for Sakura is spiritual beauty, we aim for transparent and sound business.
Inviting famous celebrities to up-and-coming creators, we provide NFT product and gold debit NFT.

3. What are your plans as changes and additions in the roadmap to revive the XROAD market?
Guest:
A metaverse project called MetaXmarZ. We are going to sell various NFT contents related to it.
Question 4:
4. Are there any token burning and new listings in the near future?
Guest:
Yes, we will continuously study and we’d like to try to list our token at a bigger exchange.

5. It’s a lot of tokens listing in LBank , why LBank community should notice yours ? And why we should buy it or trade with it?
Guest:
We believe our original metaverse project is differanciated from other token projects. The project is ready for 1st land sales for next month as mentioned above. We are going to arrange alliance with a Japanese No1 VR firm and Israeli companies which have strong technology on cyber security.
