INTRODUCTION SEGMENT

HOST :

1. Can you introduce yourself first in some words and about your project you are representing Today in the community ?

Answer : Hi~ everyone, This is Andrew, the Development/Operating CEO of K STADIUM.

I am so glad to meet you all at the LBank AMA and introduce you to K STADIUM.

Our project is K STADIUM.03:36 PM

K STADIUM is a Crypto DAO VC platform based on its own developed mainnet GroundChain.

It currently has more than 50,000 global users and provides an opportunity for individual investors to have VC-like profits and power.

One of K STADIUM’s standout features is a unique governance model that actively engages the user community in the decision-making process.

Through a new consensus algorithm called DPoI, K STADIUM allows users to participate in project investment proposals and decisions, platform policies, and more.

We have a unique public investment pool called CommunityPool, where users in the ecosystem make investments, and currently, it has about 650 million KSTA, ready to invest in promising projects in various areas

With a variety of revenue structures and services, we aim to give our users more options in their asset utilization, and we have seen excellent growth even during the prolonged Crypto Winter.

QUESTION / ANSWER SEGMENT

Q1. K STADIUM says itself a ‘DAO VC Platform’, please explain what it is and the reason.

Guest Answer : DAO VC provides individual investors with rights and profit opportunities similar to VCs. To achieve this, K STADIUM has developed a consensus algorithm, DPoI (Delegated Proof of Investment), and implemented it on our mainnet, GroundChain.

With the funds from individual investors gathered in a CommunityPool, DAO VCs become qualified as institutional investors and participate in SeedRound investments in promising projects in the web3.0 field.

The project investment decision is determined through a vote of the investors who funded the CommunityPool.

Then, if the investment is executed, the project pays the DAO VC the project tokens it issued, which are distributed according to the investors’ stakes, giving individual investors the same rights and profit opportunities as VCs.

The core value of the platform is that individuals can participate in the investment at the price of institutional investors and expect higher returns faster than in public rounds, which serves as a driving force for continuous user influx.

Q2. K STADIUM says that I can get the project tokens at the SeedRound price. Where can I find the project information and how can I join in?

Guest Answer : K STADIUM shares and discusses project details in the forum. Then, the community within the K STADIUM app proposes and votes on investments.

In K STADIUM, Users earn SOP (Governance Token) by putting KSTA (K STADIUM’s key currency) into the CommunityPool.

By delegating SOP to a node, users gain voting rights to exercise community policy and investment-related rights. Users with voting rights review the details of the proposed project through the K STADIUM forum and participate in the project investment decision by voting.

Once the investment is executed, community members will receive the project token at the SeedRound price according to the stake of the assets they delegated.

Furthermore, investors who delegate SOP to the node will also receive additional inflationary rewards in KSTA, the key currency of K STADIUM.

Q3. What are some of the projects you have invested in now and how have they worked out?

Guest Answer : At the end of 2022, we began investing in our first project, and up to the present, we have invested in three projects, and a fourth project is underway.

The first project is XenoDragon, an RPG game in the P2E category.

Within just two weeks of its release, this game earned a place in the Top Ranks of the P2E gaming field, and has since been officially launched after a successful CBT and OBT.

This project not only rewarded participants with project tokens but also provided various rewards to DAO VC contributors within the gaming ecosystem, showing to its continued growth

The second project is Atheneswap, the DEX within the K STADIUM ecosystem.

Atheneswap provides Swap, Liquidity, and Single/Pair Staking services to provide various asset utilization for K STADIUM platform participants.

In addition, the tokens of invested projects entering the K STADIUM ecosystem are listed on Atheneswap and create greater value.

Recently, transactions on Atheneswap have surged about fourfold.

The third project is D.Light, an aggregator service that offers users enhanced accessibility and convenience in DeFi.

This project is the most recent one executed, providing high returns to participants and contributing to the growth of the K STADIUM ecosystem.

As a reward for this project, DLT tokens were distributed to investment participants, and currently, DLT has increased 4 times in value from the time of distribution within a month, continuously attracting new users, and resulting in an explosion of transaction volume in the ecosystem.

Q4. I am curious about KSTA’s value defense strategy. Is it possible for KSTA’s value to increase during the current crypto winter? and Why should we buy KSTA?

Guest Answer : Most crypto projects struggle to prevent a decrease in value due to the failure to control the circulating supply.

However, the K STADIUM’s core CommunityPool investment way, unlike the Staking way, could be a good solution to lock in circulating supply without a limit.

Additionally, projects that receive CommunityPool investments will be on-chain in the KSTADIUM ecosystem, and transaction fees will be paid in KSTA.

As K STADIUM’s investment performance grows, more users are likely to deposit KSTA into the CommunityPool to participate in investments, and more projects will receive investment and generate transactions in the KSTADIUM ecosystem, resulting in a virtuous cycle that will steadily increase the value of KSTA.

Lastly, we are planning a Launchpad that can be participated in through KSTA in the near future, expecting the utility will further increase the use of KSTA.

Q5. In K STUDIUM, there are Node operators called SO, what are the qualifications and benefits?

Guest Answer : This means even an individual, if with the will and passion, can become SO by applying and registering as a candidate.

Also, in order to the nature of K STADIUM to prompt the rights and profit opportunities of individual investors, we encourage many individuals to participate as node operators.

K STADIUM has a structure that separately manages the operation of servers and nodes so that anyone can participate as a node without the need for technical knowledge or infrastructure.

The operation of servers and nodes can be outsourced, and as long as you cover the separate node operation fee, even as an individual, you can participate as a node operator.

The application must include a specific description and plan for the node, such as the node name, title, or description, and candidates who are passionate about node operation and can bring benefits (marketing and technical) to the ecosystem are more likely to be selected.

If you become an SO (Node Operator), you become a decision-maker representing many SOMs within the ecosystem, based on the DPOI algorithm and will earn 5% of the rewards (inflationary rewards and investment project rewards) allocated to each node based on the amount of node delegation.

Furthermore, every time there’s an investment in a project or a marketing partnership is established, each node will receive a marketing volume of tokens from that project, valued at $3,000 to $4,000.

Currently, K STADIUM is looking to recruit a diverse group of talented global individuals as new nodes.

An announcement about K STADIUM node recruitment will be made soon, so if you are interested, please get in touch with K STADIUM.

Again, there is no requirement for technical knowledge of node operation or infrastructure, so please feel free to apply.

COMMUNITY SEGMENT :

1. I am aware that KSTA has been listed on the CEX exchange for the first time. Do you have any plans for listing on other exchanges in the future? If so, when and where do you plan the next listing to take place?

Guest answer : At present, we have received listing proposals from over 20 exchanges, and 3 exchanges are currently under discussion.

These listings are scheduled to occur sequentially, with plans to list on one additional exchange in the fourth quarter.

However, due to the current Crypto market’s weak conditions, we are monitoring the market conditions for a while and may adjust the listing timing and exchanges based on the convenience and suitability of K STADIUM’s users.

2.

Is Community Pool investment referring to Staking? What benefits can users gain through this Community Pool Staking?

Guest Answer : K STADIUM’s CommunityPool slightly differs from the concept of Staking.

While Staking means to deposit an asset, investing in the CommunityPool means to literally get a stake in the profits from your investment.

Of course, this stake can be cashed out or used as an asset through a liquidity protocol within the KSTADIUM ecosystem called flux, but it is basically a different concept from Staking.

CommunityPool investment process involves sending KSTA (key currency) to the CommunityPool, and acquiring SOP (governance token that proves user stake) at a specified ratio

By delegating these acquired SOP to the community’s nodes, users gain diverse rights and benefits.

These include rights for platform governance, policy decisions, and investment project voting, and receive benefits for delegation rewards (inflation rewards) and investment project rewards.

3.

There are many tokens within the K STADIUM ecosystem, such as KSTA, SOP, LOUI, and more. What are the specific use cases of these assets, and are they interconnected in any way?

Guest Answer : KSTA is K STADIUM’s key currency and is the foundation of the ecosystem.

Therefore, it has a variety of users, including rewards for user contributions and service fees on K STADIUM’s mainnet, GroundChain.

SOP is a governance token that users receive at a specified rate when they send (invest) KSTA into the CommunityPool

SOP grants users the right to participate in the platform’s policies and investment progress, and users can also receive rewards based on the stake of SOP invest.

inKSTA is a token issued by the liquidity protocol ‘flux’ service, it allows governance token, SOP to function as an asset.

Users can delegate their SOP in the flux to change it for inKSTA, a liquidity token.

Then, exchanged inKSTA can contribute to the user’s asset utilization and revenue generation by Swap, Staking with other tokens on Atheneswap.

Lastly, LOUI is Atheneswap’s compensatory token

Similar to other DEXs, users can provide Liquidity or Staking assets in Atheneswap to earn LOUI tokens.

Since investment project tokens obtained through K STADIUM investments are listed on Atheneswap, users can utilize their received project tokens or KSTA to secure LOUI on the platform.

This interconnected ecosystem within K STADIUM allows all assets to grow and create value together.

4.

You mentioned that the governance token obtained through Community Pool investment is at a specified ratio. What does the ratio? User name : @k_oct

Guest Answer : Currently, the exchange ratio between KSTA and SOP through CommunityPool investment is 1:1.

However, we are currently organizing an event to celebrate the first CEX listing of KSTA. This is an event in which the exchange ratio between KSTA and SOP will be specially adjusted to 1:3, and the event will be announced and started soon.

As this is a one-month event with a limited supply, it may end early if the supply is exhausted, and even if the supply is not exhausted, it will be adjusted to 1:1 again after the event period.

So, when the announcement is made, we encourage everyone to participate promptly.

Moreover, this is a chance to get 3 times the usual amount of SOP, which are the criteria for receiving KSTADIUM’s rights and rewards, so don’t miss out on this opportunity

5.

Do we have any exciting news on the horizon within the K STADIUM ecosystem? If so, what can we expect?

Guest Answer : As early as October, K STADIUM will launch Launchpad, which will allow users to freely invest in various projects in addition to CommunityPool investments.

Unlike CommunityPool investments decided by the K STADIUM community, Launchpad is a service that allows individuals in the ecosystem to freely invest in a wide range of projects as they want.

This provides users with additional investment options for generating profits alongside CommunityPool investments.

Launchpad participation will be through KSTA.

In addition, a simple deposit and withdrawal service for external assets will be launched in the fourth quarter.

This service will allow many Crypto users to move their favorite assets to its own mainnet, GroundChain, faster and with lower fees.

This will dramatically reduce the fees and processes that users have to go through.

Our initial asset addition to this service will be Ripple’s XRP, with plans to include more assets in the future

The first asset to be supported will be Ripple’s XRP, with more assets to be added later.

Notably, global mainnets have shown a keen interest in DAO VC, as well as K STADIUM’s protocol.

Discussions are underway regarding the integration of DPOI into other mainnets, and we’re already having in-depth discussions with one mainnet.

This will further expand the ecosystem of DPOI and K STADIUM.

For global projects that are interested in DAO VC, please feel free to reach out at any time.

We are committed to actively collaborating for the growth of a larger ecosystem.
