I am Michael Eicke the Co Founder of R3T.
I met Kay Schiefner about 7 years ago and started together with him in Crypto Space with the first BTC, later ETH and over time many other Altcoins.
My area at R3T is strategy and the ecosystem. I am happy to be here.
In Germany I have built up an offline network of people who I have led into the web3 and many property owners who I could win for us on a long-term basis.

Our goal and vision is to combine crypto and real estate, because the real estate market is the largest market in the world with a market capitalisation of over 200 trillion us dollars.
in this market an investor gets the most security and the best opportunities to increase his capital in the long term but the problem is that this is only possible for wealthy people. furthermore, it is connected with big hurdles such as complicated laws and so on.
With R3t and our own token, the R3 Token, we offer our customers the opportunity to participate in international real estate deals from the comfort of their own home using their smartphone or computer.

Even before we started in crypto space we worked a lot with tangible assets. During the time we integrated crypto, we had for the first time the idea to use crypto to make profits, which we then secured in real assets. So about 2 years ago we came up with the idea not to continue to look at these two markets separately but to look for ways to combine them. This was the birth of R3T.

Question 2
Do you have any Coin Burn / BuyBack systems or any Token Burn plans to increase the value of Token & attract Investors to invest?

1. 10% goes into the construction of social projects, such as kindergartens and schools.
2. 25% is used to constantly buy back and burn R3 tokens at the Exchanges. This creates a deflationary effect, which can lead to long-term increases in the value of the R3 token.
3. with the remaining 65%, further construction projects are financed, which in turn is sold during as well as after the construction period. The profits are also divided into three parts, as with the first construction project.
Thats with our our income from our first Construction Building, we already financed with 1,4Mil $

What triggers you to launch $R3T? What are some of the real-world problems/ pain points that $R3T aims to solve?

As michael has already written, he and I have a large network in germany with which we repeatedly invest in projects.
The problem has always been that some projects simply do not implement their vision honestly.
this is how the first “triggerpoint” came about, R3T. we give our network, but also many other people, the chance to be part of a project here, where they know 100% who is behind it and that all visions will be implemented.

What’s the next step for your project and how much persons are actually working in the team?
